This site is operated by Projector Service Pty Ltd (Ground Floor, 39–47 Renwick St, Redfern NSW 2016). By purchasing from this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. GST is itemised on your order confirmation and tax invoice. Prices and stock availability may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.

An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or refund an order where stock or pricing errors occur — you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

Installation, repair and maintenance work is quoted in writing before it begins. Our workmanship carries a 90-day warranty; repair diagnosis is covered by our no-fix no-fee guarantee. Site-specific requirements (access, safety inductions, after-hours work) should be raised at quoting.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to resupply of the relevant goods or services or refund of the amount paid.
